Viking 56K (V90) External Fax Modem. This tower modem connects to the round modem port on your Mac (Plus through Beige G3) or Apple IIc Plus or IIGS. All cables plug into the bottom of the base. Comes with a built in serial cable (8 pin mini-din), the power adapter, manual, quick install guide and a notice for Mac OS 7.

Tested to power on only as I don’t have a telephone service capable of dial-up.
