Description

Serial cables that interface Apple II and Macintosh computers to ImageWriter II printers, A9M0310 and A9M0320, G0010. All StyleWriter printers.

The ImageWriter II  and StyleWriter printers have a miniDIN 8 port. (8 pin round)

What is on the other end of your printer?

The standard (mini DIN 8 to mini DIN 8) platinum colored cable (or generic) will ship with the printers we sell. Other cables have very limited quantities and may be restricted to with printer purchase only..

This cable plugs into the printer port on:

  • IIGS, IIc Plus (mini DIN 8 to mini DIN 8) (590-0552)
  • Macintosh Plus to beige G3 (mini DIN 8 to mini DIN 8) (590-0552 platinum or 590-0340 beige)
  • Super Serial Card (II, II Plus, IIe, IIGS) (DB-25 card to mini DIN 8) (590-0555 or 0556 platinum, 590-0331 or 0335 beige)
  • IIc (DIN 5 to mini DIN 8) (590-0554 platinum or 590-0333 beige) Available cables are NEW
  • 128K/512K/512Ke (DB-9 to mini DIN 8) (590-0551 platinum or 590-0332 beige)
  • III/Lisa/XL (590-0555 or 590-0331)(these numbers are also the earlier cable numbers for Super Serial Card above of which we have none of)
