Global Village Teleport 56K V.92/V.90 Fax Modem, Model 6250 C , Series 0269 is an external serial modem for the Macintosh.

Includes modem, power adapter and modem cable (serial). I also found the manual, so it is included! The serial cable (8 pin mini-din) connects to the round modem port on your Mac (Plus through Beige G3) or Apple IIc Plus or IIGS. Tested to power on only as I don’t have a telephone service capable of dial-up.
