***While the key code is needed, registration will never complete, and you will get nagged a bit, but it will be fully functional. Intuit fixed it this way so that legitimate owners could continue to use this on their PowerPC Macs. The 2007 is still used here for our accounting on a G4 MDD and has had to be reinstalled 2 or 3 times over the years.
