Apple 805-0115-B or C. Neatly clamps the Disk II Drive ribbon cable running from the interface card through a port on the IIe back panel to the drive. The other purpose is to provide RFI shielding and the gray ribbon cable has a specific area for use with the clamp. Note that the early drives have a multicolored ribbon cable and do NOT have the RFI tab on the cable.

All clamps come with the mounting screws. Mostly these are gold in color, but I have seen silver ones in both revisions.
