Archive Corp. 20049-001 REV D. DCVI3581. back of the card has 40028-001 D on the pcb. Archive Corp was a manufacturer of tape backup drives.

Apple II Documentation Project has a photo of this same card – so I assume this is the name and function of this card.

While I can’t find a lot of info on this card, it appears to indeed be an Apple II expansion card. Also has 50 pin card edge connector at the top of the card and comes with a cable with a female card edge connector on each end.
