Gorilla Hi Resolution Green monochrome monitor by Leading Edge. No model or serial number that I can see, but many of the paper labels have come off and disappeared over time.
This little 12″ monitor looks and works great! Built in power cable and will ship with a video cable. Will work with any Apple II.
