Description
Early 2005 PowerMac G5 – multiprocessor 2.7 GHz and Delphi Liquid Cooling System (LCS). Cooler Model: 608-6220-A. Processor Model: 661-3588, 630-7008/T6891. EEE is SYC. Comes with pump, heat sink, and both processors all mounted together. When processors are installed the computer chimes, fans come on, red LEDs light up on the bottom of both processors. Usually on the first boot after the processor is installed and CUDA reset the machine will boot to a blank white screen.
