PowerBook 100

Description

Apple PowerBook 100, M1506. Released in 1991, this low end PowerBook (designed by Sony) features a 16MHz 68000 processor with a 9″ mono passive backlit LCD display. It does not have an internal floppy drive.

The available PowerBook 100 powers on and chimes. Hard drive does spin up and read, just doesn’t seem to boot. Screen alternates between dark and working. It did attempt to boot from a 7.1 floppy disk – said it didn’t work with this computer – then it was booting from a different floppy and the screen went dark again. Case looks nice. Has the rear Connector Panel Cover (I/O door). Has a battery (dead). Hinges move nicely.
