Datadesk International Mac 101 keyboard. Version SE/Mac II. P/N 60420-7

This keyboard has two ADB ports and the power button is on the rear next to the ports.

Very few programs of that era actually made use of the function keys. And while it may need software to assign the function keys, all of them do work.
