Macintosh SE Logic Board RFI Shield Part Number 805-5060.  This product came in multiple revisions with slight changes, but all are interchangeable and are functionally the same. 

These are in used condition and range from nice looking to stained or have had slight bends, and may or may not include a paper liner. The nicest will ship first.
