Description

Applied Engineering brings you this expansion card for the Apple IIc. The Z-RAM Ultra 2 gives you up to 1 MEG of memory along with a Clock on one card! This card works with any IIc – no need for the memory expansion slot as it sits on the motherboard in place of the MMU and CPU chips. Remove those chips, install the card and put those chips into the sockets on the Z-RAM Ultra. *If your MMU is soldered on instead of socketed, it will need desoldered and a socket soldered on.

Card for sale is a tested and fully populated 1MB Z-RAM Ultra 2 card with all standoffs. All photos other than the box are of this card. Note that the Varta clock battery has not been tested, but I’m sure it needs replaced. Included will be an AE AW Expander disk with Utilities.
