Apple 661-3164, 630-6694 Logic Board Power Mac G5 June 2004, powermac7,3, A1047, EMC 1969C. For Dual 2.5 GHz processors w/liquid cooling (not included). Includes Modem Filter and cable plus Antenna Board and cables.

Note that Thermal Calibration will be needed when changing logic board or processor. Mac had issues with fans running revved up and computer lock up periodically when I received it. Thermal Calibration and a new system install seemed to take care of the issues. ASD tests – especially the fans, had to be run one line at a time, but passed everything. There was no indication of the LCS ever leaking.
