Used in Apple ][, ][ Plus & //e. Connect one or two drives – Unidisk 5 1/4 or Apple 5.25 drives to this card by daisy chaining them together! Also used for the DuoDisk drive. Card has an external 19 pin D (DB-19) connector (not pictured).
Later revisions renamed this card to Apple 5.25 Drive Controller, the numbers remain the same, and you may receive either one depending on availability.
