Apple IIGS Power Supply, 699-0126. These were manufactured by Dyna-Comp and Astec and came in a brushed or smooth finish. You may receive either depending on availability.

These have been tested for several hours to work, but because capacitors can fail – a common problem – they are tested again before shipping and only guaranteed to work when you receive it. There is extensive info on the internet and instructions or parts available to repair these.
