Printers have been moved to their own category, Apple II specific interface cards and cables will still be here.
Most Apple II’s used Dot Matrix printers such as the ImageWriter series (serial) or Epson FX and MX series or others (parallel). An interface card and cable are required, either serial, or parallel. The Apple IIGS can use a parallel printer (with card and cable), but has a built-in printer port for serial printers, such as the ImageWriter series. It can also use some LaserWriter printers, and even some of the early InkJet printers such as the HP DeskWriter series as long as you can find the “drivers”.
